Zero Error Approach

In order to achieve the highest quality, Tel-Mak-San applies a “Zero Defect” policy in its production. It aims to send error-free (zero error) products to the customer without checks and repairs by adopting a production and management that aims to ensure that the producer does his job with zero errors every time, always correctly.

Supplier Management

The performance of the business, our suppliers, our customers Wire-Mak-San’ s is committed to the idea that is reflected in business performance; with our suppliers based on quality, service, innovation, plan compliance, cost, working together on issues of sustainability and social responsibility, we aim to improve our final performance.

We carry out Supplier Development Activities with our expert team in the field within the framework of quality management processes. It is our priority to establish a long-term and permanent supplier network and to work with all our suppliers in line with common goals.

Risk Management

We are trying to analyze the risks and eliminate them before they occur in order to have uninterrupted production, the right product on the market at the right time. In addition to the evaluations we make on the basis of suppliers in the procurement processes, we also include the geopolitical risks that have become important today in our evaluations. The Tel-Mak-San procurement team identifies alternative sources for every possible material.

Recruitment Process

The candidates who are deemed suitable by the Human Resources Officers are interviewed with the managers of the position they are applying for. As a result of all the evaluations, the eligible candidates are now Tel-Mak-San Family Members.

Education and Development

We provide training and development opportunities for our employees to do the right job and be the best at what they do. Our training and development activities We provide the opportunity to further develop themselves by taking various training programs both in-service and external services. We believe that we will always be one step ahead with our employees who develop themselves.

Performance Management

We evaluate the work of our colleagues who are at a certain level on an annual basis within the framework of our 'Performance Management System'. According to the results obtained as a result of this evaluation, we make training and personal development plans.
